Who we are
This site is run by Dispatch Trace LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered office 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: support@dispatchtrace.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, fleet size, the services you are interested in and your message.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, the page requested and the time) for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't collect
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads nothing from other companies' servers. The calculators run in your browser; nothing you type into them is sent or stored.
How we use it
We use contact-form details only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide the services you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by ZeptoMail, an email delivery service operated by Zoho, which processes them only to deliver them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and to keep ordinary business records. Server logs are rotated and deleted routinely.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@dispatchtrace.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
